Today is our Fourth Wedding Month Celebration or "Fourth Monthsary". Its God's perfect timing for us to celebrate our special event here in Bohol for the First time, double with the celebration of our company's favor and success. While doing grocery in Island City Mall, we also brought Red wine and Pork Liempo (Pork Belly) and foods for our daily consumption.
As we arrived home, we have Pork Belly marinated in our special sauce and grilled it personally in front of our rented apartment with ate Elaine and kids.(no photos taken since our camera is brought in the office by my hubby Genesis )
While preparing the Liempo, a great surprise overwhelmed me. Ate Elaine revealed that it is her first time to do the grilling or sugba personally in her existence her on earth. Thus, there is another reason to celebrate with! :)
